The Bible makes room for the feeling. Jesus got angry too. But He never used anger as permission to become cruel.

We can be upset without becoming reckless. Honest without trying to hurt back. Clear without turning one bad moment into something bigger than it needs to be.
And when we don’t get it right, there’s grace for the second conversation too.
