  • We currently ship to the United States and many countries around the world.

    Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

    Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local government.

  • Each item is made to order specifically for you.

    Most orders are fulfilled within 2–8 business days before shipping.

    Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

    You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  • We produce items only after they're purchased.

    This helps reduce excess inventory and waste while allowing us to create thoughtfully made products without overproducing.

  • Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Change of mind

    • Buyer's remorse

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

  • If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at hello@fruitandformclub.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

    We'll investigate the shipment and help determine the best next steps.

  • Every product includes a size guide on the product page.

    We recommend reviewing measurements carefully before ordering, especially since we do not offer size exchanges at this time.

    If you're between sizes, sizing up is often the safest choice.

  • We do our best to display products as accurately as possible.

    However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, and lighting conditions.

  • Subscribers receive 10% off their first order when joining our email list.

    Occasionally, we may share additional offers, product launches, or seasonal releases through email.
